Berkeley HVAC Pros provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services including but not limited to installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of HVAC equipment for residential and commercial properties in the Bay Area.
Service Area
We provide services within approximately 70 miles of Berkeley, California. Service availability may vary by location. Please contact us to confirm service in your area.
Estimates and Pricing
- Estimates are provided free of charge for most services
- Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Final pricing may vary if job conditions differ from the estimate
- Diagnostic fees may apply for service calls and are disclosed upfront
- We will obtain approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the estimate
Appointments and Scheduling
- We provide appointment windows and will notify you when the technician is en route
- Please ensure someone 18 years or older is present during service
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible
- Emergency services are available 24/7 and may be subject to after-hours rates
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Financing options are available for qualified customers on approved projects
- A deposit may be required for equipment orders and larger projects
Warranties
Labor Warranty
We warranty our workmanship for 1 year from the date of service. If you experience issues related to our work within this period, we will return to address the problem at no charge.
Equipment Warranties
New equipment carries manufacturer warranties as specified by each manufacturer. We assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty terms or decisions. Extended warranties may be available for purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance
- Damage from power surges, acts of nature, or third-party modifications
- Normal wear and tear items such as filters and batteries
- Pre-existing conditions not addressed in our original service
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for your protection.
Property Access
By scheduling service, you authorize our technicians to access your property and HVAC equipment. Please ensure clear access to equipment locations. We are not responsible for moving furniture, stored items, or other obstructions.
